Whether you’re feeling distant, stuck in repetitive patterns, or longing to reconnect, I can help you strengthen your bond, resolve misunderstandings, and foster kindness, empathy, and mutual respect. Our goal is to build your relationship so that it becomes closer and more fulfilling.

I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), delivered in a relational, emotionally attuned way; and if you’re seeing me with your partner, I also integrate principles of Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to support healing and secure attachment.

I believe therapy is most effective when it combines deep emotional support with practical, actionable tools you can use in your everyday life.
