As a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), within a compassionate and collaborative space.
For individuals, I focus on building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and interpersonal communication skills to help clients feel more balanced and confident. Many of the people I work with appear to have it together on the outside but feel disconnected or overwhelmed internally. Together, we explore the patterns that keep them stuck and develop practical tools for lasting emotional change.
With couples, I integrate the same evidence-based foundations with an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)-informed approach. Together, we create a supportive space to explore the deeper meaning behind disagreements, strengthen empathy, and improve communication. My work emphasizes partnership, helping each individual show up as a strong, self-aware teammate so the relationship can grow from a place of understanding and mutual respect.
I have a background working with professionals and in group therapy settings, which has strengthened my belief that therapy works best when clients feel both supported and equipped with strategies they can apply in their daily lives.
I see therapy as a space to reconnect with your values, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic. My goal is to help clients feel both understood and empowered as they create meaningful, sustainable change.
